Refund and Return

If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help. Additionally, include the receipt or proof of purchase for efficient processing.

 

Return/Refund or Exchange Policy:

1. We accept returns or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

2. We provide full refund or replacement of defective/wrong products (damage caused by customers is not included in this category), the shipping cost is borne by us, but the buyer needs to follow our return and exchange process.

3. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable or exchange. Besides, adding Footpad or Zipper to the Jumpsuit belongs to custom orders, which can't be returnable or exchange.

4. Gender-reversed(opposite sex) costumes will be considered tailor-made, DO NOT support returns and refunds or or exchange.

5. If you want to return or exchange the costume by yourself mistake or subjective case, the round-trip postage is born by the buyer.

 

Order Cancellation

1. Standard Size: We accept cancellations within 5 days for standard size costumes, props, wigs and accessories. For more than 5 days, we will charge 30% of the order amount.

2. Customized Size: For the cancellation of customized costumes, after receiving your order, our tailors will carefully compare the sizes you provided and start cutting the fabric and making it. We accept cancellations within 2 days. After 2 days, we will not accept your order cancellation. Please decide carefully.

 

Refund, Return and Exchange Process:

1. Please contact our after-sale service via email or online service, we will check the issues and confirm the return & exchange details for you.

2. Please send relevant evidence to confirm the problem so that we can handle it for you.

3. Once your return & exchange request is approved, we will email you the return address along with the return & exchange requirements.

4. After the buyer returns the items, please provide the tracking number of the return or exchange to our customer service representative.

5. Once we receive your returned order, we will notify you via email. We will process within 3 to 7 days if it complies with our refund or return & exchange policy. If your return does not comply with our returns and refunds policy, we may not be able to process a refund. Please note that we will deduct a portion of the fee for any items that are worn, cleaned, damaged or altered. You may also not receive a refund. Shipping costs will also be deducted from the total cost of your order.

 

Kind Tips:

Please allow 1-2 inches differes for the obove size chart and allow 1-3 inches differes for the customize size due to manual measurement, thanks ((1inch=2.54cm, 1cm=0.39inch)

Our standard size chart differs from US size charts and common clothing size charts. We recommend that you use the size charts on our product pages as a guide before choosing a size.

If you don't know how to choose the size, we recommend you refer to our measurement guide to have someone else help you measure, and then choose our custom size.

As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the above images, thanks for your understanding.
